Q: How many guests may I invite?
A: Our party packages include 12 to 25 children, depending on the party package. However, our facility will comfortably accommodate 35 bouncing children per bounce room.

Q: What if I have more children than allowed in the packages?
A: You will be charged an additional fee for each child. Children are ages 16 & younger.

Q: Some of my guests are older than 10 years old. Are they allowed to jump?
A: We allow all children and adults to participate, but we do ask that the older children be cautious of the younger children.

Q: Will there be someone in the party room to serve my cake/pizza/etc.?
A: Yes...our Jungle Crew will set up, serve pizza, cake, drinks, write the present list and assist with packing presents to go home.

Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks?
A: All food and drinks must be consumed in our party room. We do not allow any outside HOT foods. You are welcome to bring cake or cup cakes. Absolutely no other outside food may be brought in.

Q: Can I bring alcohol for the adult?
A: No alcohol is allowed in our facility.

Q. Can I bring confetti or hang streamers?
A. Our party rooms are decorated therefore we ask that nothing be hung on the walls.
No pinatas, confetti or silly string will be allowed.

Q: When do I need a final number of children attending the party?
A: We will contact you for a final count 3 days prior to your party. At that time, you can add any extras, cake, drinks, food, etc.

Q: When do I need to arrive?
A: We ask that you and your guests arrive 10-15 minutes before your party time. This will allow time to sign the waiver and remove your shoes. You will not be allowed to enter the bounce room until the exact time that your party begins.

Q: Do I need to bring my own paper products?
A: For your convenience we provide plates, napkins, forks and invitations.

Q: What if I want a themed party?
A: Feel free to bring your own paper products for any theme you choose, but our party packages are all-inclusive and no deductions will be made.

Q: What comes in your Party Favor Bags
(Goodie Bags)?
A: Our Goodie Bags are $2.75 each and include a bag filled with 6 to 8 items, examples are: a
Sticky Hand, Tattoo, Bottle of Bubbles, Pinwheel, Kazoo, Paper Blowout, Candy-Filled Straws, Suckers, Candy Bracelets, Gliders, and other novelty items.

Q: Is cake included in your party packages?
A: Yes, in the
Whole Jungle package only. Or we can provide just a cake for your party at an additional cost. You may choose chocolate or white cake with butter cream icing. Our baker can decorate your cake in a variety of themes you choose from.

Q: What if I want to bring my own cake?
A: You may bring your own cake.

Q: How many parties will be going on at the time of my party?
A: Your party will have private use of the bounce room. Then your guests will move to your private party room for the final minutes to open presents and eat cake! In order to keep each party private, we do not allow use of the party room during your bounce time and you will NOT be allowed to re-enter the bounce room after your party time.

Q: Am I allowed to tip the Party Coordinators?
A: Tipping is greatly appreciated. If you feel your party host has done a great job please feel free to tip. A 10% tip is customary but how much you give should be dependant on how great the party host was.

Q: Will I be charged for infants and small children attending the party?
A: Any child that is taking an active part in the party (i.e. bouncing or eats pizza) will be added to the guest list of the party.

Q: What do I have to do to reserve a party time?
A: All of our packages require a $75.00 deposit (no times are held without a deposit). This $75.00 is applied to the total cost of the party. We accept cash and the following credit cards: VISA, MC or Discover.

Q: Is my deposit refundable?
A: No, all party deposits are non-refundable. However, with a two week advance notice, we will be happy to reschedule your party.


What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you cancel outside of the above two week notice or do not show up the day of your party, you will be charged for the guaranteed minimum that you booked.

Q. Do I need to return the invitations if I cancel my party?
A: Yes. we do understand that parties do need to be cancelled from time to time, however, we do need to get all invitations and envelopes back.  We will need to charge for any and all invitations and envelopes that are not returned, unused.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: Bounce Jungle accepts cash and the following credit cards: VISA, MC or Discover.

Q: Does Bounce Jungle rent bounce houses?
A: No...Bounce Jungle does not rent bounce houses.

Q. Can we put family members on the same waiver?
A: Yes. There is no need to fill out separate waivers for each member of your family. Just put all their information on one waiver. We have extra waivers at the facility if you need them.
